Mince and use as garnish for many dishes, including tacos and curries. This herb pack quite a bit of flavor so use moderately.
- Harvest: Available July through August
- Sliding-scale price: choose either low or high pricing (pay what you can, based on what you can afford)
- Storage: Cut off bottom 1/2 inch of stems and place in jar filled with water. Place a bag or covering over the cilantro and store in fridge. Change water frequently.
